Salvatore Peralta is a seasoned Mining Executive and Engineer with 20+ years of international leadership experience. A PhD from McGill University, he specializes in driving operational turnarounds, optimizing underground/open-pit mines, and leading strategic expansion across Europe, and the Americas. As Founder of MINENS, he provides expert advisory on mining optimization, feasibility studies, and ESG compliance, leveraging a proven track record in P&L management and cross-cultural team leadership. A collaborator of Westmount Capital for over a decade, Salvatore also anaylses Mining Operations and Exploration financing mandates from a technical standpoint.

Robert Séguin

Robert has over 25 years of institutional sales experience with various banks (JP Morgan, Bank of Tokyo, Royal Bank of Canada) and brokerage firms (Midland Walwyn Capital, Yorkton Securities, Hampton Securities, National Bank Financial), in Milan, London, Geneva, Toronto and Montreal. Robert has also worked in strategic management consulting (Cast-Center for Applied Strategy, Government of Canada), cross-border M&A (Corporate Advisories), and Investor Relations (InvestComm Group) as partner in specialized boutiques in Italy and Canada. He’s arranged Corporate RoadShows since 1996 in Toronto, Montréal, London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Milan, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Monaco and Madrid.
